Stack of Mansions

A typical modern luxury Sao Paulo apartment block with one flat per floor of up to 400 sq. m. or more.  For that you get your grand terrace-balcony, fronting a large living area divided into TV/movie room, lounge area and dining area, all backed by a large gallery hallway onto which the social lift opens. Further back will be the service lift and hall with access to the large kitchen with family dining area, extensive utility room and balcony and two maids bedrooms, and their shared toilet and shower facilities.   Running down the other 'wing' will be a generous corridor leading to the master bedroom complete with giant en suite, its own balcony and independent dressing areas for both Mr. and Mrs., off the corridor will be another three or four bedrooms all with en suite, some double, some single.

One of my irresistible Sunday pastimes is to study every detail of the complete and colourfully detailed floorplans they publish in the papers, and to wonder if they have more sockets than in our studio in Rio.   Given our huge overindulgence in that area, I doubt it!
