Soggy Chops

Another bright sunny day, the 3rd in a row. This must be some kind of record for South Glos in April. Anyway the Easter hols start tomorrow, so I guess this is the last fine day for 2 weeks!

No weathered wood, rust or lichen today, just very soggy chops.

It is worth viewing large, just so you can appreciate the sogginess!

Since my ebay purchase of a minolta 50mm f1.7, it has rarely been off of my camera, used in preference to the standard 28mm-70mm kit lens and my bigger sigma zoom. Is this normal???

I like to think that the 50mm prime has a manual zoom lens, i.e you have to walk forward or backwards. But it certainly makes you think about your vantage point and composition.
