Friday 8 April 2011: And She's Off!
Lucinda enjoying roaming around the park. The 'Park Posse' were there today, gits! Luckily for us (and them), they decided to play football in the football park and didn't bother us. I hope Lucinda doesn't turn out unruly like them. Been watching Jamie's Dream School and it makes me want to emigrate. Anyway, I digress.
This morning was quiet. We were supposed to have a friend and her boy over but she had to cancel as she'd been sick and didn't want to pass it on. Thank God for sensible folk. Phoned the Doctor this morning and got an appointment for this morning, still in shock at that. Gave me an xray form for the dodgy wrist to get a look at what's going on there. Went to the hospital in the afternoon to have xray, was in and out within 10 minutes, OMG fantastic. Bloods taken a couple of weeks ago showed nothing to worry about, phew. But what is going on? Who knows? It's extremely painful and sooo inconvenient.
As Husband had to cut work short to look after Lucinda whilst I was at the hospital he decided to extend his hospitality and take us to another local park before dinner. Now that's good going for a workaholic! This park is better and has swings. Lucinda had a ball.
