Saturday 9 April 2011: Standing In The Shadow

if you haven't seen "Standing In The Shadows Of Motown" then you really ought to. This song will help you decide if you want to - Heatwave. I loved it. I only hope that the chap I loaned it to has actually seen it by now.

Today was a good day. Bit of domesticity in the ack emma (that's a terribly old fashioned way of referring to the morning) that involved a lot of cleaning the flat, a bit of food shopping after and then a lovely late afternoon and evening with K+V. It's always good to see them and I hope they thoroughly enjoy themselves on their upcoming holiday.

Today's Blip is as close as you'll get to an actual picture of me. G says I'm not bad looking but really, can she trust her guide dog? Maybe I should have waited for a longer shadow to emphasise the pyramid hair/Tefal forehead but, as you know, time is short.
