Sunday 10 April 2011: Textured Nireen
This is a lovely white Nireen (spelling incorrect) - I liked the way the opening petal on the left kinda balances the discarded piece on the right. I changed it to a soft sepia, added a subtle texture mainly around the outside, then did some erasing of texture over the bursting flower and here is is, not too sure about it, but its all good practise and a bit of fun.
Off to mow the lawns in a mo, then that will be it for the day. Yay, have already done my ironing so thats another Sunday job done.
Doug has made some pumpkin soup, enough for tea tonight, the rest into the freezer.....soups mean winter to me, bugger!!!
