It was a toss up between Tilly or beautiful lined curtains with tie backs and matching blackout blinds I am trying to flog on Gumtree. And maybe, just maybe due to the pattern of the above mentioned curtains, the dog won.
Does it sound like we have decided to start decorating and making the house ours? It should. Four 15l buckets of paint are waiting for their turn. Flowery strip of wallpaper has been removed, so has ancient plank with hook (coat hanger). The hall looks better already. The toughest job will be evacuating Hanna and her belongings to the guest room. I might have to call removalists again.
