Friday 8 April 2011: Heading to the Blipmeet

Today I had the day off from work. Hubby and I were heading out to spend the weekend in Silverton, not far from the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn. Tomorrow is the 2nd Pac NW Blipmeet. We are meeting up with fellow Blippers at the tulip festival.

After arriving in Silverton, and setting up our trailer at an RV park, we explored the town. Such a beautiful day and so warm. I wanted to drop by the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm to check out the fields. It was gorgeous. We stayed until closing and I got a little head start on photographing the tulips.
