Saturday 9 April 2011: 2nd Annual PacNW Blip Meet
This morning we arrived at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm for the Tulip Fest. Today is the 2nd Annual PacNW Blip Meet. We had a few cancellations so I wasn't sure how many people to expect. Seven other Blippers besides myself were there! So great to meet new friends and see familiar faces from last years meet up. Those of you who couldn't make it, you were missed!
It was a bit gray when we arrived, but it did brighten up later. We wanted to get our group photo out of the way at the start so several of us set up our cameras on tripods for the group shot. My shots probably not the best, but I wanted to post our group shot. I don't use my timer or shoot people very often so we all had a good laugh when my camera kept clicking after everyone elses. I thought I set it to ten seconds, but I set it for ten shots! Gee, I'm a dork!
I had such a wonderful time with some incredible people and photographers! It's so great that Blipfoto brings so many people together with a common interest in photography. I love that!
