Tuesday 12 April 2011: Autumnal Ginkgo
A beautiful autumn day with scarcely a breath of wind and clear blue sky. It is such a lovely light at this time of the year but so hard to capture. There are several ginkgo trees at the chinese gardens but this is the only one showing it's autumn mantle.
I am not very happy with today's images as they all seem to lack the vibrancy that my eye was seeing. Perhaps I need a polarising filter??
