Tuesday 12 April 2011: NORWEGIAN PEOPLE'S AID - AMAL
I'm back in Oslo and back at work. I had the pleasure to meet Amal and her three colleagues. They are all Palestinians and work for Norwegian People's Aid (NPA), the humanitarian organization of the Norwegian trade union movement.
Amal work with the youth program for Palestinian registered and unregistered refugees in Lebanon. The Palestinians in Lebanon suffer from non-existent or poor socio-economical and civil rights.
NPA is doing a great job, and it was a true inspiration to listen to their presentations and stories.
