Wednesday 13 April 2011: PCN
I was going to take a shot of the rhododendron now in full bloom, but was sidetracked by Nikki's parking fine today :-(
She did have a valid ticket, but it may well have blown upside down on the dashboard when she shut the car door, had to sort out the appeal with her tonight. One good thing though today Jayne's £150 tracing fee for the unpaid water bill has been rescinded as the final bill was never issued.
What next I wonder.
