Wednesday 13 April 2011: Contrasting Ironworks

A very busy day today - working on the lots of different bits of marketing and sales planning for one company then this evening finishing off a draft business plan for another. All fuelled by a handful of oatcakes, as I was still still off my food most of the day.
I feel slightly better after having my (light, bland) dinner so I may try eating some more in a bit - I have another very full day ahead of me tomorrow and I could really do with some fuel...
