Tuesday 16 January 2007: Little pots of sunshine

Couldn't resist buying up little pots of tete a tete daffodils, snowdrops and tulips at the supermarket counter today...feels like a spring day....if you ignore the cold and the wind that is.

I bought my boyfriend a bunch of tight budded daffodils once and left them in the kitchen for him with a note. I thought that was quite sweet gesture, as guys dont often get flowers. I found them three days later in the salad drawer! Well, at least I found them before it was his turn to cook!
