Saturday 16 April 2011: Goat's Cheese, Sun Blushed Tomato and Basil Quiche

Part of my lunch menu.

Pie night was very busy again last night, lunch was busy today. We normally are never busy on a Saturday lunch. It was a bit annoying as I had a lot of MEP to do as well. So, only a quick hour break and back to work for a busy night.

Day off tomorrow, I can't wait!
