Saturday 16 April 2011: PEACE AT LAST
I have spent most of the day in the garden and as a result the birds, who normally flock around my bird feeders, were reluctant to come near.
However, a Blue Tit did ventrure, several times, into the nesting box.
When the temperature dropped I came indoors and as soon as I had done so four Starlings alighted on the fat ball holder. I managed to get a reasonably clear shot, through the window (the window that now has curtains that I can fully open), of one of them.
