Like a wheel within a wheel

Had a trip out to visit the Falkirk Wheel - which, for a long time, has been one of those "must get around to it" places to go to.

Well, today we got around to it. And what a cool thing it is.

The short boat trip up to the top and through the canal tunnel is well worth doing - especially for the strange experience of the boat rising upwards without any sensation that you're moving.
