Story beginnings 5

"Of all the shapes she could have chosen! A big scary dog, for example, would have been a better idea and would have suited him a bit better. But no, she had to turn him into a bird! A bird! The humiliation! He hoped nobody knew anything about this. He was raging. But then, you couldn't argue with her, could you? He definitely needed a new job. This was just the last straw! He would definitely write a formal complaint to the Guardian Angel Society board of directors!"

A bit of a silly one today, and the beginning of an idea I had a while ago for a story.

Feeling a bit better today in spite of the busy day at work. On the shower/bathroom front, the works will definitely start next week, which means that my flatmate and me will have to relocate for a few days. Everything has been sorted with the landlord, and the good thing is that we're not paying rent for the duration of all this. Things are moving!!!!
