An apple a day...

I have commited the ultimate sin, I have brought an ipod in to our apple free home. In the flurry of trying to get through the turnstiles at Glasgow central when I went to Troon the other week my tiny little mp3 player fell out of my bag. Kindly K lent me her spare Ipod so that I still have music to keep me sane on my marathon training walks.
