Screwed up

Well, one might say that...
At the pumping station we have trash rake cleaners for large debris, they take it out and the debris is automatically put in a gutter with a screw conveyor.
The conveyor then puts it back into the sea.
This time a piece of hawser (or a piece of a fishing net) was stuck in it.
The electric motor which drives the worm has plenty power I guess because the conveyor now looks a bit different....
The first part worked like a spring until it broke.... and jumped back.
Repair has to be done right away.
