Friday 22 April 2011: Church stuff done.. let the baking begin!

First job on the list....

...soak the chickpeas for one of our side dishes on Sunday...

The menu?

Warm shredded Lamb Salad with Mint and Pomegranate
Garlic and Oregano Potatoes
Red Peppers with crumbled Feta and Almonds
Chick Peas with Chilli, Garlic and Thyme!

Do you want to know what's for dessert?

Lemon, Raspberry & Ginger Cheesecake
Mini Chocolate Puddings with a warm Fudge Sauce
and maybe a little Turkish Delight Syllabub

Then I have some Easter treats to bake.. something sweet to say thank you and Happy Easter, then theres a little something for Saturday after the Vigil... I'm thinking retro Vol-au-Vents, what do you think?
