Friday 22 April 2011: Jewelled aphid
Another lovely day and we're off to friends for some supreme home cooking. It's been all crafts here - cake baking (my other half) and dyeing (me - the velvet devore scarf I made a few weeks ago). Got to say that dyeing is a tedious job, involving an hour of stirring in a bucket.
Not normally keen on aphids but this one's quite a pretty little chap with his multi-faceted wings.
