I saw this and thought - how true!

It's been an interesting day! Started with some quality father daughter time with my dad - Sauna, lunch and a walk around Chatelherault Country Park - sometimes I forget how close it is and how much I enjoy walking around there.

Then I went back to the gym for a 'Fitness Burlesque' class - it was an interesting experience but I actually think Pole Dancing classes were more enjoyable (even though I really didn't get on well with the instructor!)! Oh well back to plain old Yoga tomorrow - I think that is actually more my style anyway!
