Saturday 23 April 2011: Lithgow Lad
Went to Lithgow today to photograph the Blast Furnace Park.
It's quite a dangerous space and old pits have been allowed to become overgrown.
This boy attached himself to me, following me around and leaping from one pit to another.
My heart was in my mouth. Except for the fact that I didn't want to encourage him that would have been a good blip.
This wasn't the best of the day, but I told him I'd put him up, and I do quite like it.
He looks remarkably angelic - a perfect example of the myth of the camera never lying!
