Terrace

The funktionalist style building Lasipalatsi was originally built in 1930's to serve on a temporary bazaar, Nowadays it is protected and hosts a movie theatre, a library, a tv studio, a medical center, a restaurant, some cafés, and its two terraces have just opened. I joined my friends for lunch, but this place was brimful (is it a word?).
An Eurasian eagle-owl couple is nesting on the roof of the next high building. They have three nestlings. The parents catch city rabbits and don't care about people. The Eurasian eagle-owl (Bubo bubo) is one of the largest owls in the world.
