No lights or helmet but just an accordion...

Spotted this numpty cycling up Lauriston Place this evening on a new and expensive-looking folding bicycle (the gears of which she seemed unable to comprehend resulting in a cadence of about 200). One can only imagine the amusing noise which might have resulted had she fallen off.
