Sunday 24 April 2011: Pied Stilt Juvenile Travis Wetland
Young pied stilt striding out all alone in one of the ponds at Travis Wetland. Very busy feeding - beautiful day - can't believe the lovely Easter weather we've had!
This little one didn't seem quite and flighty as the adults, probably hasn't learned to be, but it better learn fast or a cat or dog will have it.
