Autobiography Pt. 69

When I was younger,
indeed so much younger than today,
I met an older woman
who, you might say,
helped me in oh so many ways.

But now those days are gone
and I'm a little more self-assured.
Partly, thanks to her, I guess
and the passing of the years.

And then I get this.

So perhaps the time has come
to meet my old lover.
To talk about some old times.
To drink ourselves some beers.

And to check whether we are,
I bet we are,
Still Crazy After All These Years
