Sunday 24 April 2011: Sea Otter

Thank you for all your encouraging remarks yesterday on my 300th. This lets me know that what I journal has meaning to you.

Down at the docks this afternoon I came across a Sea Otter sleeping on one of the wharfs. It looked dead at first but after the click of the first image it opened its eyes. To make a long story short it eventually wandered over to the edge and slipped into the water much to my relief. I have never seen a sea otter so blasé, therefore I was very concerned for its welfare.
