Monday 25 April 2011: Och Aye Mateys

One of the members of the Port Adelaide Caledonian Society Pipe Band, tries on my Akubra before the ANZAC Parade in Adelaide. They are going to the Tattoo for the third time this year and have considered taking Akubras rather than their Ostrich Hats. Unfortunately they do not fit well with the base pipe on the bagpipes.

This is the first time that I went to the parade. Very enjoyable and great weather.
