Matt the Morris Dancer

This is our friend Matt, Morris dancing in public for the very first time!

I have to say I was a little surprised when he said he was taking it up, but he has taken it very seriously and it seems from today's performance all the hard work has paid off, he was fantastic. A fine old way to spend the last day of our holidays, sitting in the sunshine outside a lovely pub in a very pretty Essex village (Thaxted) drinking beer and watching a real tradition being upheld.
