Monday 25 April 2011: Easter stroll
up to Bowscale Tarn. Lovely walk followed by a swift pint in the Hesket Newmarket pub (it would have been more but they had already stopped serving when we arrived and took pity on us).
Roast leg of lamb is in the Aga, having finally been retrieved from the butchers (see yesterday's sad blip of meagre fare!). We are all looking forward to a feast tonight.
