Tuesday 26 April 2011: Strawberry Cow

There are at least two more painted cows here that I haven't Blipped yet. It's just a matter of time before I get round to them. This one is in a rather funky garden on the way to my Sprachschule. As I have said twice before I like these cows. They cheer me up as soon as I see them.

Not that I need cheering up you understand. Far from it. I'm still counting my blessings here.

I wish I could tell you some news but the fullest extent of that is - it was 10 am as I finished my breakfast and then all of a sudden it was after 5 pm. I got my bahookie* into gear and have got dinner cooking so at least I can say I achieved something. It's not much but it's something. Oh and it rained here. Or rather it tried to, from the evidence it doesn't look like any water hit the ground. The air has that parched earth smell again.

*Bahookie is a rather lovely Scottish word for your bottom. The spelling may be debated but not by me.
