Tuesday 26 April 2011: What a shower
The return of the sun and moderately high temperatures mean I get to spend my contemplative fifteen minutes in the evening watering our army of garden pots.
Tonight I contemplated the Royal Wedding and, specifically, the incredibly odd tradition of the entire nation grinding to a halt in their honour at an estimated cost to the economy of more than half the amount we're supposed to be wiping off our deficit this year.
At least God appointed the Royals to rule us, unlike the coalition whose only mandate is a useless electoral system and warmongering outgoing government.
Still, it's nice to water the plants.
