Thursday 28 April 2011: Tale of Two Cities
A year ago I was entranced by the light and shade in the Paris Botanic Gardens. Walking back across town this afternoon I looked down Middle Meadow Walk having taken a picture of our old flat and saw what I thought was a similar pattern of light and shade. I'd been to pick up a few bundles of election leaflets to do my bit for the campaign. With a week to go I hope I'll get a few decent pics of the election campaign.
The day had started with a discussion of recent images of Japan's tsunami in M's class. Which led to a wide-ranging discussion also touching on royal weddings, past and present.
