Thursday 28 April 2011: All ready to decorate...

In the morning before I head off to Mum's Royal Wedding Party, I will butterfly the tops of these beauties and fill with a mixture of sweetened fresh cream and squished strawberries. I'll pop the lids back on then pipe on in a swirly whirly fashion, freshly whipped cream and top with a union jack flag and a slice of strawberry!

That's us sorted until the wedding breakfast, which incidentally will be a selection of cooked meats and salads... that should go down well with the bottle of pink fizz we'll be guzzling in celebration of the newly weds!
