Dammit - this cold (for I've figured that's what it is, not hayfever). Head and chest blocked and no energy. Was on the verge of forcing myself out for a run earlier but then read something on tinternet about that being a bad thing if you're all 'chesty'.
So hauled my lazy a**e around the clifftops at a walking pace instead and found myself marvelling at the colours even though it's a grey damp day. Just to prove I'm under the weather, here's a picture of some nice pink thrift (hey, I even looked up the name). I told you I was ill!
