Suburbia

As far as I know, my country became 'famous' after '89 Revolution because we had plenty of disabled children, dogs without shelter and good gymnasts.
Tehre are few organizations for Animal Protection in Romania, one of this being NUCA in Cluj, managed by Lynne a person I know which is Peace Corps volunteer in my country.
But there are still many dogs on the streets, especially in suburbia...
