Sunday 1 May 2011: A Penny For Them
We all set out for Hilbre Island. Lots of seals very close in to the island today as well as further out on the sandbar. Had a lovely picnic sheltered from the wind looking out across to north Wales.
Then down to Thurstaton and finished off with an ice cream at Parkgate.
Daughter F goes back to uni on Tuesday. Wonder what is going through her mind as she looks out to sea?
