Weekend Away

Went to Kelso for the weekend with some friends. We stay at a fab little cottage down there in the countryside. So peaceful and cosy (real fire!).

The weather was miserable on the way down yesterday (wet and windy) but today has been mainly dry and even sunny. We were going to go to Kelso races but eventually decided against it on the grounds of the biting wind. Went back to the cottage and chilled out instead before going out for tea.


I liked this photo for many reasons but mainly cos our friends shirt seems to match the curtains!
