Little known facts* about the Dandelion-


The leaves are a cure for Barber's Itch, Camp Diarrhea and the French Pox.
Old Scottish saying - Pick a dandelion on a Sunday, get the spasms on a Monday.
The "milk" from the stem is said to have magical properties including the growing back of missing limbs and teeth ( unverified ).
When mixed with flour it makes it taste vile.
During the Anglo/Welsh Dandelion Wars of the 17th century a single seed was worth 6,000,000 Yalp ( about 2 p ).
They are poisonous to the Welsh.
