Monday 3 March 2008: The Egg

Today is day one of me following Mr Atkins way, thought an egg would sum up exactly how it is going to be. Looking at the original pic of the egg, something had to be done, so this is my effort at jazzing it up. I only wonder what eggs like this would taste like?
