Wednesday 4 May 2011: Wood Carving
I keep finding interesting things down the woods - and this is one of them!
It appears to have been carved from a dead tree in situ as the roots are still in the ground. There's another tree with an eagle on top but it's on a busy roundabout so difficult to blip. I wonder if they have been carved by the same person.
Thank you all so much for comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's blip - totally unexpected - I'm blushing!!
