Wednesday 4 May 2011: Crab Apple Blossom?
This flower is on a bush, not a tree. I cannot figure out what it is. Some of the flowers are at the bottom of the bush. This image shows some old fruit from last year. I am puzzled by the intensity of the blossom's colour, because our northern fruit trees have paler flowers.
Anybody know??
Udate I was told it is a persimmon.
