Having spent a lot of time in the countryside over the last couple of months, you really notice how dirty cities can be.
Today in Manchester it really struck home.
Standing amidst the grime and debris from the previous evenings football match this woman appears to be doing a great job of blocking it all out in a serene way.
It's as though she's transported herself somewhere else.
