Back to Pennywell

In spite of the lateness of bed time and the rather groggy, fuzzy brain that I woke with, we were back to swimming this morning, which meant back to Pennywell. Between easter and other holidays, I've not had a wander round there since 19 March. I was quite excited to be going again and to see what had changed.

They've been busy. Two whole blocks demolished and the sites completely cleared. Just flat earth now. They've fenced off another section and moved the JCBs to start demolishing some more. The place looked great today with a bit of sun and some fine cloud action going on. If you're interested, you can catch up with the project here on Flickr. And, of course, it was good to get to Gerry's cafe for breakfast. That chased the hangover.

Headed to Costco to restock, home to a bit of gardening, some photo processing - from the course yesterday, the shenanigans list night and Pennywell today - and some photos of the weans. I think it'll be a slump on the sofa tonight with London Boulevard.
