Grandnephew Elmer

Spend a lovely day with Elmer, but because of his earache he had an appointment
with the doctor at 4 o'clock.

After the check up  the doctor said Elmer has a inflammation of the ear, he gave us a recipe;
eardrops
paracetamol for the pain
and a course of penecellin !!!

Elmer didn't like the visit at all, but as soon as we were outside he had back his big smile.

You're my big brave boy Elmer; I take my hat off to you!

and get better soon.
