Sunday 8 May 2011: The Leaving O' Liverpool
Spent the day in Liverpool at the Spring On The Waterfront event. There were a number of tall ships there including the Tall Ships Youth Trust's 200ft brig Stavros S Niarchos. This view is from her foredeck. The enthusiastic young crew member who showed us around was from Kilwinning, the town where I was born. It's a small world.
