Sweet Caroline

Hands, touchin' hands
Reachin' out
Touchin' me
Touchin' you

Sweet Caroline
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would

I spent Friday night at Fenway Park seeing the Red Sox play from a pretty sweet vantage point, as you can see. But, there's a little more to the story than that.

Some of you may remember this post in which I mentioned a blogger I had had a conversation with via email. Well, on Friday, he took a bus up to Boston to loaf around with all his friends who happen to live up here.

As we had discussed the Sox before, he bought tickets for the Red Sox game at Fenway and so me, him, and his friends Robby and Jon caught the game.

But, the crazy doesn't stop there. You see, blipfriends, I never in a million years expected to get this far behind on the blips this weekend.

Andrew had booked a room at the Four Seasons Boston, and when he arrived they had, very unexpectedly as part of a marketing campaign, upgraded him to the Presidential Suite (aka the nicest room in the hotel). As a result, we all met at his place and had a few drinks and admired the insanely lavish furnishings. The suite was ten rooms (only one bedroom) and included a grand piano among other things. We didn't walk to the game from the hotel either. They took us in a town car.

So, obviously, he spent a lot of the weekend blogging/tweeting/talking up the Four Seasons...and suddenly he ended up hosting a lot of crazy awesome stuff there, because, really, how often does that happen?

Day one of crazy weekend. Would also like to note that the room's market price is $19,000 a night. (Holy. Cow.)

Red Sox lost (boo) but the game was still amazing.

Yesterday - before my life was crazy.
