Monday 9 May 2011: FULL UP!
spotted this guy while having a walk in the college gardens today.
I was actually bliping a fly i spotted on a leaf and while checking how the pic came out i spotted this tiny dude!
so the fly got binned and i spent my time trying to get a decent macro of him.
To try and give you some scale the hole he has eaten through the leaf is about the diameter of a thread!
He never moved through out his photo shoot,so unlike sammy the snail yesterday i suspect this wee dude was dead.
or as i prefer to think, he was full up after eating his way through the leaf and was having a wee snooze.
