Sunday 8 May 2011: From Hallin Fell

Never quite in the right place at the right time for the light. Or so it seems of late. It's been a frustrating year. Today the rapidly shifting clouds and stormy skies promised so much. An exciting quality of light and clarity of air that has been missing for a while. And then came the rain.
